We’ve created a triple threat coconut smoothie containing three forms of coconuts, plus added goodness from almonds and other yummy fruits. Scoop out the young flesh from inside the nut and add it into a blender with the following:
½ Coconut Water
½ Coconut Yogurt
1/3 Almonds or Pistachios
1 white peach
1 banana
Cocoa Nibs
Honey (optional)
